Fish has been touted as brain food. Omega three fatty acids are the rave. There is good research to support these claims. In a study published in the British Medical Journal, French researchers reported that there is a significantly lower risk of developing brain problems among older people who eat fish at least once a week. I love to fish and love to eat fish. I wish I could put the two together and have more fish, but the waters around my area are not good and we don't eat the fish in there. That's probably why it's expensive in the stores! Thanks for sharing this info!
